Located in a quiet residential area of Calarasi, the 67 square meter apartment creates a relaxing and orderly atmosphere based on the principle “less is more”. There are fewer decorative pieces and accessories, but quality has been emphasized in the selection of those present.

Considering the client's profession and passion for pharmacy (and everything related to nature), the focus of the design concept was on the resident's health, the possibility of easily cleaning and disinfecting surfaces, and the incorporation of antimicrobial materials.
“Based on the idea that sunlight and fresh air keep us healthy longer, in this apartment, besides emphasizing both natural and artificial light, a ventilation and air filtration system has been installed.”
The designers tell us that this system guarantees "automatic ventilation, eliminates excess humidity in cold seasons, helps you save energy due to recovery with an efficiency of over 90%, fresh air without outdoor dust, without the unwanted noise that often enters through an open window and helps the air conditioner work more efficiently in summer by maintaining coolness inside and heat outside, thanks to the reversal of the process.”
The clean and bright image of the apartment evokes the order and cleanliness of a pharmacy, while the client's passion for nature influenced the color palette of the design.
Light colors, the overall white accented by shades of sage green, together with natural materials and oak and bamboo tones guarantee a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. A design like this, largely based on white, creates the feeling of a much more spacious space.
Bamboo was used for the bathroom countertops and the framing created in the kitchen, a choice based on the antimicrobial and antistatic properties of this wood essence. Quartz was proposed for the kitchen worktop, another material increasingly used in interior design due to its durability and sanitary properties.
