We are talking about a one-room apartment with a total area of 38 square meters, functionally furnished and with a lot of good taste. It even managed to integrate a sleeping space.
Thus, the main room was divided into 2 main functions: a conversation area and one dedicated to the bedroom, visually separated by a bookcase with open shelves. The entire design maintains a minimalist air imposed by the limited surface area of the dwelling.
The predominant color palette is a neutral one, with light shades to enhance the brightness of the room and induce the sensation of a warm and welcoming home. Decorations and accessories dress the space and give it personality.
In the space dedicated to mini-living, strictly necessary pieces were used so as not to unnecessarily overload the atmosphere. A sofa, an armchair and a coffee table create a pleasant ambiance. To create as many useful storage spaces as possible, cupboards were arranged around the sofa (including in the upper part).
Another area where clothes or other personal belongings can be stored is found in the form of a dresser, also used here as a support for the television.
On the other side of the bookcase, the integration of the bed and a dresser, as well as a suspended light fixture, describe the sleeping area of this dwelling. Although it is located by the window, the long and thick curtains, once drawn, create the perfect atmosphere for rest. Even the very small space on the balcony was furnished as a reading or coffee-drinking area in the morning.
If oak essence parquet was chosen in the room, in the rest of the house, namely in the hallway and kitchen, the space seems more dynamic with the help of decorative tiles with a three-dimensional effect, which manages to distract attention from the reduced dimensions of the space.
Cupboards were integrated into the hallway on both sides of the bedroom door, optimizing the space to meet the beneficiary's needs.
