For this apartment, the designer envisioned a loft-inspired layout with dark colors and brick textures.
Although covering 48 square meters, its configuration is that of a one-room apartment. The beneficiary did not want a repartitioning, so the space was designed as an open plan, with functions harmoniously combined. Thus, we will find a kitchen area with space for dining, a compact living room, and a sleeping area with a bed and nightstands.
The dark tones of the finishes give the space a masculine air without making it appear smaller or cluttered. The color scheme is balanced by neutrals, and natural light floods in abundantly thanks to generous glazed surfaces.
In the kitchen area, black from the level of the finishes and partially the furniture catches your eye. Ceramic tiles between the hanging cabinets and base cabinets, a countertop made of a black composite, paint on the upper part of the wall, lighting fixtures, or chairs and the metal frame of the bar. Such an approach imparts depth to the space.
Masculine and elegant at the same time, the style of this kitchen is typical of an industrial-spirit loft. Glossy surfaces and glazed ones (at the level of the hanging cabinet doors) reflect light and amplify the space.
