Whether we are talking about a small surface or a large interior that can provide us with a wide variety of innovative ideas, when we are at the beginning of the journey regarding the furnishing of a new home, the main goal is to create a place with personality from the available space.
Let's open the Gallery We are talking about the Scandinavian style furnishing of a 77 square meter apartment, which belongs to a young couple expecting a new member of the family.
How does a home become a business card for us? Once the project is completed, the furnished space where personal accents are mostly found becomes "home" simply because the way it is organized and decorated brings together the lifestyles of its owners.
Thus, the 77 square meters will provide a bedroom, a nursery, while the kitchen, living room and remaining space will form an open space dedicated to relaxation and spending time in as pleasant a way as possible.
And to better understand what Scandinavian style represents in interior design, we are talking about neutral, bright colors that express naturalness and simplicity. It is a style that fits perfectly into any age category, offering a modern and minimalist air to the space provided.
The minimalism of this furnishing project is expressed through colors, furniture and lighting. We find predominant shades of white, gray and cream. The color accents are given by accessories and to create chromatic uniformity, their colors will be in shades of yellow and blue.
The kitchen expresses naturalness through the simplicity of the furniture and follows the same line as the space provided by the living room and hallway. To offer the sensation of a relaxation zone, the space dedicated to cooking and serving meals is expressed by minimalist furniture, without details, white with accents of natural cream wood.
Modernity in this case is given by hiding the drawer handles and choosing built-in appliances with a simple design. White is the one that expresses naturalness and freshness, offering the space a visual enlargement.
The transition to the living room is made discreetly by adding shades of gray both on the walls and through the central sofa which has a high shelf behind it in the form of a false partition wall. To follow the same tone as the kitchen, we find cream again in the library furniture and parquet.
Let's not forget that Scandinavian style puts great emphasis on natural materials, in our case wood, expressed 80% of the apartment surface through parquet and decorative plants placed in each room.
