Fruits and vegetables make our lives more beautiful and healthier at the same time. Without these vegetables, the human body could not survive because the plants we eat provide us with the vitamins so necessary for a healthy life.

Planting vegetables is an extremely enjoyable activity, but unlike trees, which once planted will bear fruit every year, most vegetables must be planted annually, because after they have been harvested, most of the time there is no longer any plant from which to grow more vegetables in the following season.

To make your work easier, we thought of showing you 8 vegetables that grow on their own or rather, 8 vegetables that you can grow endlessly, in a very simple and extremely pleasant way, with guaranteed results.

1. Leek

It can grow again if you leave about 5 cm from the root in a glass of water, after which you can put it back in the ground, and it will turn into a new plant, ready to eat.

2. Garlic

Garlic grows again from a single piece of a garlic clove. Just put it in the ground, and it will give birth to a new plant.

3. Bok choy

Simply placing the root of Bok choy in water will cause this exotic vegetable to grow again, with even greater productivity.

4. Carrots

By cutting off the leafy part of the carrot and keeping it in water for a few days, it will make a new root, which will be the carrot you can eat fresh at home, whenever you want.

5. Basil

Cut small pieces from the basil plant and put them in water, and they will make roots in no time.

6. Celery

Once you have cut off the bottom of the celery and placed it in a bowl of water that stands in sunlight, the celery will continue to grow from the root placed in the vessel.

7. Lettuce

Put the lettuce stalk in the ground, water it well and new leaves will appear from the plant freshly introduced into the soil in no time.
