I have rediscovered with pleasure the architects from Shoko Design with this new arrangement as interesting and intriguing as the previous one about which I wrote here.

This time, the architecture firm had to furnish a 3-room apartment where functionality is combined with aesthetics, resulting in a harmonious decor with a youthful and cheerful look.

The space is a creative one with colorful details in mint green and accents of black and grey-blue. Industrial accents predominate throughout the design, combined with notes of modern and touches of retro.

Functions communicate naturally with each other, the kitchen being open to the living room. Thus, the living area appears brighter and more fluid in terms of space circulation. Despite the opening towards the living room, the kitchen retains a certain delimitation due to the fact that the cooking space is hidden behind the load-bearing wall.

The bar-type furniture, raised above the rest of the worktop, ensures intimacy while also providing a place for quick snacks.

The transition to the living room is made visually through the two types of flooring and the different shades with which the walls have been painted. In the kitchen area we have ceramic tile flooring, followed by parquet in the living room, white skirting boards ensuring unity throughout.

Also in this transition zone, the dining area was designed in an eclectic style that translates into the theme of the space. Eames chairs and Tolix chairs, a table with classic-style legs and a raw wood top, and an industrial lighting fixture.

Grey, in various shades, represents the chromatic base of this design, on which black accents and green tones were subsequently crocheted and inserted. These colorful details personalize this apartment in an original way. We find them at the level of accessories, decorations or kitchen appliances.

The bedroom-office maintains the blue-grey and mint green theme, and wood veneer inserts in contrast with white finishes all shape a creative, pleasant space. The matrimonial bedroom will be found furnished with the bare essentials, the strong contrast between exposed brick and black furniture being truly an impactful image.
