Architect Alexandra Stancu oversaw the design of this Bucharest apartment and we can confidently say she did an exceptional job both aesthetically and functionally.
She successfully adapted to and skillfully combined the owners' requirements with her own unique style, resulting in a modern, comfortable space bathed in the warm tones of nature.
Upon taking on the project, which involved a three-bedroom apartment of approximately 65 square meters, the space already had tiles, bathroom fixtures, doors, windows, and sanitary ware, so the design process started from these existing details.
The living room was envisioned as both a relaxation zone and a dining area, all within a unified space where emphasis was placed on textures and finishes: curtains, chair covers, and wallpaper chosen in natural colors.
One of the bedrooms was decorated in a classic style based on white, intended to be potentially transformed into a child's room in the future.
The master bedroom stands out with a wrought iron bed selected by the owners, while the wall color behind the bed adds a Mediterranean feel to the room.
The kitchen is simple with straight lines predominating in the furniture design. It also respects the three basic rules for organizing any kitchen: storage, washing, and cooking.
A minimalist bookcase was placed in the hallway, its color perfectly matching the door handles.
