Studios and small spaces in general are among the most difficult to furnish. Although there is a limited perimeter, you need a little creativity to create an organized, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment.
Therefore, we often choose to present such spaces that we consider useful sources of inspiration for future arrangements you may undertake.
Today's home is a 41-square-meter studio apartment that we like for the airy, pleasant, and above all relaxing way in which the decor presents itself. With a predominantly blue and discreet neutral color scheme, the space is well organized and includes the necessary functionalities.
Although there is no separate bedroom area, a bed has been integrated into the living room to provide the comfort of a bedroom at night.
The tone of the arrangement is simple. A comfortable sofa with decorative pillows, a coffee table with small storage spaces, and a suspended light fixture with golden reflections for an extra touch of interest. The rug serves to mark and somewhat delimit the conversation area. A blue ottoman-type pouf subtly completes the theme of the arrangement.
For storing clothes, there is a built-in wardrobe next to the window. This is an optimal solution that we recommend for all small spaces as it can help you save a few square meters.
The sleeping area is marked, as mentioned, by a bed placed in the corner of the room. A gray upholstered headboard, a suspended shelf for a few books and magazines, and a chair as a bedside table - that's how simple it was to achieve a decor for the corner called bedroom. The mirror is strategically placed to reflect natural light, a trick to provide brightness to such an easily darkened space.
Surprisingly, the kitchen is spacious and includes a small dining area. Following the lines of the Nordic style, we find a predominantly white space with black accents (see chairs), plenty of natural light, and accessorized with efficient and functional furniture.
