This is a layout for a 3-bedroom apartment that we really liked! The configuration, the bright space in the living area, the color accents and the decor in the child's room are among the elements that caught our eye in this home.
The design of this 76 square meter space was conceived to offer maximum comfort for family members, with well-utilized spaces and storage areas suitable for the needs of 3 people.
The living area and the sleeping area are delimited, the distribution of functions being coherent. The living room and kitchen form a single unit designed for the family to spend time together, even when cooking. In the sleeping area, two bedrooms were created, with two bathrooms arranged in parallel.
The entire design is modern, bright, comfortable and welcoming. It's enough to take a look at the living room to understand why. Neutrals predominate as a base, while blue and yellow accents bring joy to the space. The furniture pieces are well chosen and do not excessively overload the room.
Although there are two main functions, we will also find a place for dining set up right by the window, as well as a small reading space (see armchair and lamp).
The hallway passage area is highlighted by painting the walls in an intense turquoise blue, while the entrance area is marked by a wallpaper with a discreet print. To create contrast, white furniture pieces were integrated, including white doors. To allow natural light into the entrance hall as well, a window-type partition was integrated – a ingenious idea!
The kitchen is compact, with functional work areas; to enlarge the countertop space, a small bar was integrated, also serving to visually delimit the kitchen area from the rest of the room. All appliances are built-in to make everything look unified, and the play of decorative tiles adds dynamism to the design.
For the master bedroom, a spacious and comfortable atmosphere was desired. Storage spaces are gathered in a dressing room designed right at the entrance to the room. Thus, the bedroom is free of any wardrobe or chest of drawers, the only pieces being the bed, bedside tables and a small suspended desk. Soft colors inspired by nature set a peaceful atmosphere.
The child's room brings an extra dose of cheerfulness. Chromatically, the space is well defined with muted red and green accents, and the furniture pieces are suitable for the child's age. Everything is harmonious and pleasantly developed.
