This layout convinced us that it was special from the first picture. A simply decorated home does not necessarily mean banal, it is rather defined as functional, modern and current. The creativity of the details introduced in the decor, the high windows and the chromatic continuity are the attractions of this 40 sqm space.
The beneficiaries, a young couple, wanted an apartment with well-defined functions, a balance between practicality and aesthetics and a calm and serene atmosphere.
Accessories and small details make the difference in this arrangement and harmoniously complete the decor, and attention to textures materializes through the comfort obtained.
Open plan layout
The compact and tidy kitchen has simple furniture arranged on a single side. The feeling of spaciousness is given by the natural light that pours abundantly through the slightly transparent curtain. Here we also find the dining area which also plays the role of visually delimiting the cooking area from the living room. Spotlights mounted on the ceiling were used for artificial lighting.
The living room maintains the theme addressed in the rest of the arrangement and has 2 main functions: the socialization/relaxation area and the work area visually delimited at the wall level. The chromatic palette is dominated by pleasant shades of gray, which are accompanied by discreet color accents at the level of pillows and decorative objects.
The furniture pieces do not overload the space, but they are exactly what the couple needs. The nature theme makes its presence felt discreetly through the introduction of decorative plants.
In the matrimonial bedroom, the arrangement focused on obtaining a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Having a small space at their disposal, everything was carefully thought out in order to be able to integrate the furniture necessary for a comfortable living. The thematic paintings offer a personal touch to the room while the 2 bedside tables frame and highlight the upholstered bed.
