We liked this apartment due to its functional design and especially because it was thought out specifically for a young man living alone. Let's discover it in the following lines.

The masculine character of the space is perceptible at almost every level of the design, from the gray tones of the walls to the accessories and decorations.

The space is small and compact. There is no bedroom, the sofa being extendable and also providing this function. However, the other areas are well-defined in the layout, and the transition between spaces is smooth.

You can't miss the black accent wall on which the television is mounted. For an extra touch of interest, there is a wall area around the television with a texture of white exposed brick that highlights its presence. The gray corner sofa is an optimal choice for such a layout.

It is a comfortable dwelling, built on a modern style with slight retro influences, through that 1960s desk, the generous mirror with a special frame from the hallway and the Eames chairs. There are two pieces with style that speak about the character of the beneficiary. Interesting are also the cubes used as a bookcase and the books seemingly suspended above the desk.

The flooring was chosen in a light shade to balance the gray tones, while the white roller blinds and curtains reflect any source of light. During the day, the apartment receives plenty of light, and in the evening, the lighting fixtures ensure a balanced atmosphere, with accent and ambient lights for each area.

Maintaining the line of functional design, and the kitchen, although small, offers everything you might need to cook, store and eat in the best conditions. This time, the kitchen space overflows with white, reminding us of Scandinavian interiors. There is also a mini-dining area that discreetly transitions between the kitchen and the living room.
