The arrangement of a home for a large family is truly a challenge. Many desires to be fulfilled and requirements to be met so that each member is satisfied with the personal space allocated. This was also the case with this apartment renovation carried out by the interior design office, I loft you from Spain.

A family with 3 children needed a space designed to fully reflect the personality of the family while maintaining functionality and, of course, the limited budget allocated for the arrangement.

The common area dedicated to spending time together as a family revolves around the living room which includes the dining area and a small workspace. Functional simplicity is the best description for this area of the house.

A comfortable sofa, a coffee table with integrated storage space inside it, and modular furniture for a minimalist white television, with a glossy front, are a brief summary of the conversation area. A glass display case makes a subtle transition to the dining area, well highlighted by a suspended light fixture.

The mirror comes as an intelligent addition as it reflects daylight, being in opposition to the window.

The kitchen space is a long and narrow one, therefore the designer opted for compact furniture, in a straight line, which brings together a common worktop, well optimized for efficient storage and use. Continuing this space, we will also find a bar-type dining area, adapted for quick snacks.

The master bedroom maintains the same note of a design focused on functionality. Small decorations contribute to the personalization of the space, in this case, we are talking about the canvas paintings, mosaic type above the bed. The wardrobe built into the wall supports the ergonomics of the relatively small space of the room.

The children's rooms also follow the same principle: bed, storage with open wardrobes and decorations such as decorative stickers and mirrors with both a decorative and practical role. Each space is discreetly personalized, one of the rooms being a common office for the children.

Most of the furniture pieces are white, managing to maintain a clean and orderly line of arrangement in the rather narrow spaces.
