I love seeing spacious apartments that allow you to play with the functions and approach the design in a relaxed and airy way. From a 20 square meter kitchen to a 40 square meter living room, you will see how this apartment brings an enviable design to the forefront.
The apartment we are talking about is located in Crete, Greece, and I mention this for a reason because the interior features details inspired by nature and the surrounding environment, creating a beautiful contemporary style with Mediterranean inspiration.
Each of the interiors of this house describes a special atmosphere, partly conveyed by the color palette used. Being spacious and bright, the rooms could be decorated with vibrant shades that stand out, such as turquoise, green or purple.
The living room is harmoniously outlined, with the living area and dining area well-defined within the space. The furniture does not suffocate the interior despite the generous space. Everything focuses on comfort, evidenced by the corner sofa and armchairs that describe a wonderful conversation spot within the room.
The dining area stands out in the interior with a table for 6 people, white chairs and suspended light fixtures that provide pleasant accent lighting above the table. But what really catches the eye is the vividly colored painting, impacting the overall design. Instead of a classic bookcase, the designer opted for a niche with built-in shelves, discreetly lit.
The kitchen describes a contemporary, minimalist design with smooth and glossy surfaces, straight lines and pleasant color accents against a white background. The space thus appears more spacious and brighter. Its layout is conceived as a cooking area on one side and an informal dining space on the other.
The separation is discreetly made thanks to a bar-type piece of furniture positioned somewhere in the middle of the room. The dining area is highlighted by a wallpaper with a nature-inspired motif.
