The architecture and residential interior design studio Hype Project, founded by architect Victor Grosu, launches a new approach to premium interior design: five collections designed to halve implementation time.
“Hype Collections”, a direction the office's architects have been working on for the past two years, represents five pre-fabricated collections intended for beneficiaries who desire a premium interior design in a reduced timeframe, with a predictable cost and guaranteed result.
Time represents today's new luxury
Premium clients want unique, custom-made designs, and the execution time for such a project is accordingly, which creates major frustrations and inconveniences.
For example, the waiting time for custom-made furniture manufactured in Italy is 3 to 6 months: establishing finishes and details, placing the order, actual manufacturing, transportation - each stage takes time.

“In the post-pandemic period, things have accelerated very much, our perception of the world has been shaken, and true luxury, the most precious resource, has become TIME today,” believes Victor Grosu, architect and interior designer with over 20 years of international experience.
Over time, Victor Grosu understood that another sensitive point in the design process is represented by client decisions. With thousands of manufacturers on the market today, it is overwhelming for beneficiaries to figure out what they want and decide on a particular solution.
“It took us almost two years to rethink everything that means service connected with premium interior design, so that we could respond to the two challenges: time and the key moment of decision.
We have devised a system adapted to today's times, through which we can guarantee a premium result, with top solutions, but with a halved implementation time: if the furnishing of a premium apartment usually takes a year and a half, our new system shortens the process to 6-9 months. For a house, the process is shortened from three years to one and a half.
