Have you ever struggled to arrange a bouquet of flowers in a wide vase? No matter how hard you tried, the flowers never seemed to stay put.
To help you out, we present a simple yet effective trick for enjoying flowers in all their beauty.
Take the vase where you will be arranging the flowers and pour in the necessary amount of water. Then wipe away any water droplets from the surface of the vase with a napkin. Next, take a roll of clear Scotch tape and stick successive strips over the mouth of the vase; use about 3-4 such strips depending on its surface area.
Then repeat the process on the other side so that you get approximately equal mini squares.
Cut the stems of the flowers to equal lengths and place them between the Scotch tape strips. The flowers will no longer be crowded and will air out better. You will thus obtain a beautiful, compact arrangement that will last longer and better in the vase for your viewing pleasure.
