Looking for kitchen inspiration? We propose this renovation project completed for an 8 square meter space.

The kitchen was redesigned to meet the needs of a family with two young children. The long and narrow space needed renovation to better suit cooking and storage needs. We have also attached before pictures for comparison of the transformations that took place.

The furniture, custom-made according to the designer's sketches, is distributed along the entire length of the wall, optimizing vertical space utilization. The layout is linear and compact. Appliances are integrated, with the refrigerator placed at one end and the oven and microwave oven at the other.

To maximize the available space, two rows of cabinets were chosen for the upper part of the kitchen, and for the main section, cabinets were varied with drawers. By mounting the furniture on a single side of the kitchen, the space became more fluid. The dining area remained by the window.

Between the upper and lower cabinets, a panel of yellow glass was installed. A similar hue can be found on the walls as well. Thus, the entire room appears brighter and more welcoming. In-ceiling spotlights also play an important role, ensuring uniform lighting.

LED strips were also added for accent lighting at countertop level, especially useful when cooking.

The chromatic base is neutral so the space doesn't feel overloaded. The contrast between yellow and black adds an extra touch of interest to the design. Both the furniture and the door feature veneer from a natural wood essence, and the color of the tiles closely matches this hue – creating a unified and harmonious effect.
