Many of you have written to us asking for advice on how to decorate a child's room. We thought this model could meet the needs of many parents looking for inspiration for their child's room.
Open GalleryAs you will see from the images, the surface area of the room is small. However, the designer focused on achieving maximum functionality for the child's needs: bed, wardrobe for clothes, toy storage, and space for homework (the child will soon reach school age).
All these have been achieved with good taste, being well integrated into the room space.
The accents of blue and turquoise outline a soft, cheerful decor, suitable for a child's room. The predominantly white background allows the touches of blue to stand out, thus energizing the space. Although we are talking about a small room, the color palette used manages to offer a pleasant feeling of spaciousness, thanks also to good natural lighting.
The arrangement is versatile. Once the child grows up, the room will not require major changes, the current decor being suitable for both a 7-8 year old child and a teenager.
Storage spaces have been well thought out. From the wardrobe for clothes to drawers and a niche used for toy boxes or a bookcase with an ingenious design, everything a child owns finds its place in the room in a harmonious way.
We hope this arrangement inspires you!
