The Renaissance of Brauhaus Sion
After the war, Hans Sion, nicknamed the Father of Kölsch, rebuilt the brewery and relaunched beer production. Under his leadership, Brauhaus Sion experienced a new era of prosperity, becoming one of the most popular breweries in Cologne.
