When they viewed this apartment, the owners felt its potential despite its state of disrepair. They chose to buy it, even though those around them wouldn't have given it another chance. With patience and creativity, they managed to transform it into a bright and welcoming space, a true home for the whole family.

The 3-bedroom apartment is located near the coastal area of Great Britain; hence, the choice of nautical motifs discreetly integrated into the design. The new dwelling receives plenty of natural light, and the colors used amplify the space and brightness of the rooms. They used natural materials, pastel colors, and cheerful, dynamic prints.

In the living room, they chose to keep the large windows with a view of the gulf. They created a relaxation and reading area here with many colorful cushions that enhance comfort. For added comfort, they chose carpeting for the living room and bedroom floors. The decor is pleasant, with pieces made by the owners themselves from various objects they have collected over time.

The design is simple, with an emphasis on functionality.

To create the new kitchen, they made modifications in the hallway, thus expanding the space for cooking. Now, the kitchen is brighter and easier to use, with furniture arranged linearly, and the table placed against the wall (it is extendable). The color scheme is neutral, with touches of pink and decorations that animate the kitchen atmosphere and reduce its technical character.

The bedrooms also adopt the pastel palette used in the living area. The spaces inspire relaxation and tranquility thanks to the colors and textures used. The theme of the false fireplace is repeated in the master bedroom (we find it in the living room in the form of a small electric stove).

The decor abounds with nautical-inspired pieces, with prints, colors, or textures that remind us that the dwelling is located near the sea. The background of the design remains neutral, with plenty of white, cream, and light gray to balance the intensity of the pastels. For the little girl's room, they also chose cheerful, colorful prints with accessories that can be easily changed as the child grows.

We hope this wonderful apartment inspires you!
