Brian d’Arci, an engineer by profession, created something amazing in his child's room. He transformed a simple wall into a miniature light show, attaching elements to give the sensation that the ceiling is full of stars at night.
D’Arci installed a series of 596 optical fibers (normally there were 600, but he broke 4) by drilling the ceiling of the room and connecting them to a special light source located in a closet in the room.
The light source is designed to make the stars sparkle and capture his child's attention.
The entire project may seem very difficult to achieve, but for Brian d’Arcy, all the stages were simple and he says it was a pleasure for him to bring this plan to fruition. He also confesses that while installing the sparkling lights, he felt like he was in the fantastic world of the Avatar movie.
In the gallery we present the steps Brian d’Arci went through to create a "starry sky" in his child's room. Sparkling, isn't it?

The effect at night created by the optical fibers is absolutely amazing

First, he divided the ceiling into equal parts using rulers so that the stars could be placed in an organized way
