This morning we woke up feeling inspired to cook. Yes, we had breakfast and set out to find some inspiration. And we found some wonderful ideas and models for you.
As we scrolled through a series of images, we asked ourselves what the kitchen means to us today. It's clear that in recent years this space has seen various transformations, with the kitchen layout adapting to the lifestyle of its users. Some prefer to cook more, while for others the kitchen is more of a social space, with cooking being secondary.
And when it comes to the style of the arrangement, there are different approaches. Perhaps one of the most notable is the open shelf or open shelves as storage and aesthetic space. Different sets of glasses, cups and mugs, colorful bowls or spice containers. We can say that this approach integrates into a trend of personalizing this space as much as possible.
It's an attempt to break away from the mundane pattern of simple cabinets, stove, refrigerator and a table with chairs. The kitchen is transforming and becoming a multifunctional area where every family member feels at home, whether they want to cook, grab a snack, have a coffee or even work on an important project.
But perhaps one of the biggest challenges for both a designer and a beneficiary is the small space of kitchens. You can't do much in a small kitchen, but with what you have available, you can try to get the most out of the arrangement.
And if that means being a little unconventional, hanging pans or other utensils you use frequently, setting up a bench by the window instead of the classic table and chairs, then do it because then you know you'll get a decor you like. Be creative!
If you like bright colors or have a preference for vintage, shabby chic or industrial style, then why not integrate them into your kitchen?
