Opening the Galeria Gama range of products and finishes for kitchens is vast and may seem overwhelming at first. The essential thing is to start designing your kitchen based on your needs. If you cook more than 4-5 times a week, materials with increased resistance to wear and stains are recommended for the worktop.

For example, stone or wood are more resistant than a thermo-resistant countertop from P AL melamine. Similarly, Corian or concrete (for modernist kitchens) are more durable options. These materials can be refinished over time unlike P AL melamine.

We most often recommend Corian countertops because they are highly durable, antibacterial, and can be easily molded into any shape (for example, the sink can be integrated into the countertop, which can be poured from Corian). Moreover, the range of colors is much more diverse compared to other materials.

We believe that base cabinets are more important and accessible than wall cabinets. Moreover, the most ergonomic ones are those with drawers because you have immediate access to all utensils inside them. The materials used are very diverse, from PAL to MDF to plywood or solid wood. Here it depends a lot on the budget we need to fit into.

These materials are often used in combination. You can choose P AL sides for the cabinets, MDF fronts painted matte or gloss depending on your preference, which are more resistant to moisture than melamine foil, and a worktop made of stone composite (which is highly scratch-resistant compared to melamine).
