This 89 square meter apartment, initially distributed in two rooms, was completely renovated and redesigned into an elegant and comfortable home over a period of 130 days, carefully organized into work stages. A clear overall vision and carefully studied and implemented details contributed to the success of the final result.

Client Requirements
One of the beneficiaries' wishes was the integration of smart home systems for added comfort: a high-performance ventilation system, motion sensors, automation and temperature control systems.
At the same time, a priority was the transformation of the spacious two-room apartment into a three-room one, just as comfortable and functional, with two dressing rooms and a separate office. It was important for them to create a practical interior, easy to use, more than a typical layout.
Layout
The result of the partitioning interventions is an apartment with many practical and airy zoning solutions, while maintaining its elegance despite the small spaces. From the entrance hall you reach the living area and then the spacious kitchen with integrated dining area.
The office is arranged in an isolated loggia, which ensures the necessary peace and quiet. The master bedroom has its own dressing room and access to the en-suite bathroom. The child's room, the second bathroom and the storage space are accessed from the hallway.
Architectural Concept
At the conceptual level, the architects focused on the classic style of the interior design, gradually adding modern details that are functional and airy, without overloading the space excessively. The classic profiles of the walls and ceilings, together with the zoning created at the ceiling level, formed the backdrop for the introduction of interesting and unconventional decorative elements.
The quality of the final result, a functional, stylish and elegant interior design, was guaranteed by a detailed project and a carefully supervised work process. Before the start of each renovation stage and project implementation, a detailed schedule was prepared for efficient control of intermediate results.
