This vacation apartment, located in Mamaia-Nord, was designed by the architects at Creativ Interior and aims to reflect the surrounding natural environment through a juxtaposition of marine colors with blue and turquoise accents on a neutral background, featuring a modern elegant style with glam details.

The beneficiaries, a family with two children, wanted a vacation apartment that would serve not only them but also other family members. Since it is a small-sized apartment (42 sqm), the biggest challenge for the designers was to create as functional an apartment as possible, even though it is not permanently inhabited.

The furnishing of this dwelling took approximately 7 months from the time of takeover, which at that time was at the "grey" stage, meaning white, unfinished walls.

“We had several challenges, both technical and functional. For example, in the bathroom, clients specifically wanted floor drainage with a certain channel, but its installation was not possible due to the existing space. In the end, the builder found another channel that fit perfectly,” say the architects about the challenges they encountered during the execution of this project.

Chromatically, we can find playful color accents in shades of navy blue and turquoise, which are "softened" by a neutral beige background. The flooring is made of ceramic tiles with a marble effect, homogenizing the entire space of the apartment thanks to its use throughout the floor surface.

The apartment space opens up to the common kitchen with the living room area, which has as its main point of interest the mosaic made of turquoise ceramic tiles that imitate fish scales.

The kitchen backsplash harmonizes perfectly with the entire space, being complementary to the marble wall with baby blue and gold accents. The gold elements found throughout the design add an elegant touch to the space and create this glam atmosphere.

Bedroom located at the entrance of the apartment, continues the architectural expression of the living area, but has a cozier and more comfortable atmosphere thanks to the materials and finishes proposed by the architects. The shades of blue on the walls and textiles are more muted, offering an extra touch of elegance and bringing a sense of serenity and balance to the room.
