For this 33 square meter studio apartment, the designers at Red Cube Design opted for opening up the spaces, thus increasing the fluidity of the rooms and circulation. Let's see the entire layout and get inspired by the ideas used inside the studio apartment.

One of the main changes is the removal of the doors from the kitchen to the room and from the hallway to the room. This makes the space feel airier and allows for a functional and coherent layout.

Light shades were used, a lot of white, with accents of vibrant colors at the level of accessories and decorations that energize the space. The furniture pieces were designed by the designers and made to order to fit the dimensions they had available. A tall bookcase stands out, reaching up to the ceiling, housing the beneficiary's book collection.

The rest of the pieces follow a simple, ordered, functional design, such as the console-type unit on which the television is placed or the cupboard above it designed to offer as many types of storage as possible. Larger storage spaces have been integrated into the hallway (see cube-type units).

The main room is also the bedroom, so an extendable sofa model was chosen. The wall-mounted lamp provides suitable light for reading.

The dining area makes a discreet transition towards the kitchen area, now open to the room. Removing the door and implicitly the frame allowed for the addition of an open storage cupboard, maximizing every centimeter of the small kitchen space.

The rest of the layout maintains a compact character, with white, glossy MDF furniture arranged in a U-shape, practically on each side of the room, up to the ceiling. Such an arrangement allows for various storage spaces, including the necessary appliances. The resulting space appears larger and brighter, with an increased degree of functionality and efficiency.
