We're talking today about a 3-bedroom apartment, configured with a spacious living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms, one matrimonial and the child's. The beneficiaries, a young family with a 10-year-old daughter, turned to an experienced team of designers and together they managed to build a new, functional, and balanced interior.
The apartment required repartitioning because the living room and kitchen were separate stand-alone rooms separated by a long hallway. The partition walls were removed, so combining the three rooms resulted in an open space that included all the necessary functions.
Although the total area of the apartment is generous, the kitchen has a reduced size, so the space was exploited to the maximum. An L-shaped furniture layout was chosen, with built-in appliances and chromatically opting for white and gray in contrast with shades of brown. Natural and artificial light influence and personalize the entire space.
In the living room, we find a comfortable and intimate atmosphere created with the help of the chosen colors: dark brown and orange. Glass elements, paintings, and decorative objects add a personal touch to the entire space.
The matrimonial bedroom has a refined air and stands out due to the accent wall with a floral print. Turquoise accents harmonize with neutral tones of cream, beige and support the main idea of a bedroom: rest and relaxation. Simple, focused on comfort and aesthetics, the bedroom maintains an organized and airy space.
In the girl's bedroom, chromatically speaking, we opted for neutral tones of cream and beige in harmony with lilac and pink accents (the girl's favorite colors). It includes a centrally arranged bed, a spacious dressing room, a desk, and wall furniture that also serves as storage.
