The apartment we propose today surprised us with its simple, clean approach, yet welcoming and comfortable at the same time. We are talking about a 3-room apartment with an area of 70 square meters, the home of a couple who, immediately after completing the arrangement, became parents.
The space relies on a minimal, Scandinavian design, emphasizing functionality and practicality. The furniture pieces were carefully chosen not to overload the decor and maintain natural circulation.
Living Room
The bookcase that occupies almost an entire wall in the living room is perhaps the centerpiece, attracting attention through its asymmetrical shelves that allow for varied storage; books, CDs, and decorations of different sizes can be placed on the library shelves.
To be as close to the kitchen as possible, the dining area is arranged opposite this bookcase, just a few steps from the entrance to the cooking zone. The space maintains the simplicity theme developed throughout the entire apartment.
Kitchen
The color scheme of the arrangement oscillates between dominant white, with black accents and occasional orange touches, while the oak essences present at the level of the flooring, table, and kitchen countertop play an essential role in balancing the tonality.
