The 77 square meter apartment intended for a family of three – the couple and their son – was designed to be a modern and cheerful home reflecting their personalities. Therefore, the architects focused on creating a welcoming and warm space suitable for a young family.
The apartment consists of an open-space kitchen, living room, master bedroom, child's room, and an office.
The entire old floor was replaced with white Egger parquet and one bathroom was renovated with ceramic tiling.
All the furniture in the apartment was custom-made from PAL and MDF designed to provide as much storage space as possible while also creating a feeling of airy, open spaces. Discreet decorations allow the space to breathe.
White tones were predominantly used and combined with accents of cheerful colors and wood, thus balancing the chromatic composition. Furthermore, it was necessary to redo the entire electrical installation, the new lighting fixtures being entirely remarkable due to their contemporary design.
The predominantly white kitchen surprises with its accent wall (green), which provides dynamism to the space. The front between the kitchen units was clad with tempered, heat-resistant glass instead of the usual ceramic cladding.
Vladut's room is also special, a multifunctional space decorated with a themed wallpaper and a bunk bed that allows for efficient and practical use of the space below. We particularly love the slide and are convinced that Vladut uses it very often.
The master bedroom also features this multifunctional approach with well-integrated storage spaces within the décor. The colored wall combined with the headboard provides a unique charm to the entire design.
