This apartment caught our attention due to its unusual approach. We are referring specifically to a two-room dwelling with an area of 52 square meters. The beneficiaries are a family with one child, who plans to move into a larger house in the near future.
For now, this is their home. Comfort was put first, so they decided to transform the living room into the master bedroom, and the second room into the child's bedroom. In these conditions, the socializing area was arranged around the kitchen, more precisely through a dining area that serves as a living room.
We have written about a similar arrangement before here.
The apartment is not lacking in style at all. The decor is inspired by Nordic interiors with an emphasis on the brightness of the rooms. The rooms are decorated with good taste while maintaining the practical side. For the parents' bedroom, light shades were used, with white predominant and glossy surfaces that reflect light and thus amplify the space.
The wardrobe with mirrors is the main source of storage, while shelves and shelves play a decorative role, being used for books, paintings or other small decorations. A work area was also set up here, marked by cladding a portion of the wall with laminate panels.
The chromatic and textural play of the arrangement distracts attention from the dimensions of the space and creates various areas of interest.
In the child's room we find the same shades used throughout the apartment's arrangement. White and turquoise with green inserts for a fresh, dynamic and airy look of the room. Around the child's bed, wardrobes and open shelves were arranged for diverse storage. At the window, the countertop serves as a desk.
The positioning is excellent, natural light being beneficial for reading or learning.
