Do you need a shelf to put your belongings on and can't find anything on the market that satisfies you? If the answer is yes, find out that you can build your own shelf from very cheap materials but with an interesting design.

Such a shelf can be placed in the kitchen, hallway or even in the bathroom. Here's how to build a wooden shelf.

To make this shelf you will need the following:

Materials:

good quality plywood, the size of which you determine depending on how large you want the shelf to be. The one in the image is approximately 1 m high, 50 cm wide, and about 3 cm thick;

wooden bars;

wooden planks for shelves;

dowels and screws.

Tools:

drill;

drill bit with a diameter similar to that of the wooden bars;

electric or hand saw;

meter;

pencil;

sandpaper.

The steps you need to take are as follows:

Start by planning the areas where you will need to make the holes and then mark them with a pencil. It is advisable to use the meter to draw as straight lines as possible in the areas of interest.

Make the holes with the drill and try not to deviate from the markings you made with the pencil, otherwise the final work will not be symmetrical.
