The steps you need to take are as follows:

Cut off the handles of the spoons with scissors;

On a piece of cardboard of the desired size, draw a circle using the ruler, pencil and string. Carefully cut out the circle so that you have a perfectly round shape.

Depending on the size of the mirror that will fit inside, make a hole in the center of the cardboard and cut out the area where the mirror will go.

On the back of the circle, apply a piece of string to one of the edges which will form a loop. This loop will be used to hang the future mirror on the wall.

Glue the spoons using a hot glue gun (or superglue tube), starting from the outer edge and gradually moving towards the center of the circle.

Paint the entire surface of the frame with the spray paint, trying to apply an even coat over the entire surface. Allow sufficient drying time for the work.

Finally, carefully glue the mirror in place.

Ideally, you should create two more similar frames, slightly smaller than the first one, to frame the largest one. The effect will be much more pleasant and will spark the interest of your friends when they visit you.
