Kitchens are considered by many of us the heart of the home.

How many times have your guests preferred to stay in the kitchen for convenience or simply because they feel better there? This feeling of well-being, this comfort should be kept in mind when preparing for a complete makeover of our kitchen, because here we will spend a good part of our time cooking for loved ones or chatting with a friend over coffee.

For you to feel good in a space, the place itself must look good, inspire you, represent you. This is the kind of mood you feel in the kitchen designed by designer Manuel Saliche.

It is a special space due to the style adopted - we are talking about a contemporary classic that takes us through the mists of time to the present, inspiring us and making us dream with our eyes open. Although it is a small space of only 8 square meters, this kitchen has all the assets to become one of the most beautiful arrangements we have encountered here at Povestea casei.

Elegance and refinement are conveyed through furniture elements and decorations meant to emphasize the chosen style. Also, the cornice that connects the walls and ceiling, the fronts of the furniture doors, the furniture itself, the handles and buttons all complete and convey the beauty of this style.

The furniture is part of the Baron collection from Delta Studio, made of solid lime wood, painted white. This shade was chosen because the small space of the kitchen should remain as bright and airy as possible, uncluttered. In this sense, the Nils table with stools from Ikea were also chosen, maintaining a tidy atmosphere and, of course, coherence in the arrangement.

The front between the countertop and the hanging cabinets, as well as the one in the dining area, are both made of special faience that imitates the texture of classic wallpaper, thus being in line with the theme chosen to decorate this kitchen.

The countertop is made of heat-resistant melamine chipboard, but Manuel confirms that for similar arrangements you can also opt for composite or quartz composite, which are slightly more expensive options.
