For this design, the designer focused on creating a contemporary decor that highlights the apartment's generous space. They approached everything with simplicity, but in elegant and refined notes, with feminine forms, visible especially in the lighting fixtures or finishes in light, slightly shimmering tones.
The apartment has a three-room configuration, with a living room and kitchen, bedroom, and office. For the living area, functions overlap to form a unified whole. The delimitation is discreet, visually, through different flooring: parquet for the living room and tiles in the hallway and kitchen area.
Cromatic, warm and neutral colors predominate, with cream, beige, and browns adding depth to the decor. The stylistic approach is minimalist, emphasizing form and design. Furnishings are kept minimal, selecting only pieces that define each function.
The living room features a sofa, coffee table, and a console-style television unit, creating a space for conversation. The wallpaper decorating the wall with the television adds texture and color to the décor. The lighting fixture stands out due to its precious form, a feature we will encounter throughout the house's decor.
The division between the living room and kitchen is provided by a partition wall, open in the middle. It could be an excellent bar area, with extra space to display various decorations and accessories.
The kitchen is laid out linearly and compactly, with all appliances built-in. Here we also find the dining area, incorporated into the kitchen space. The three suspended light fixtures serve to draw attention, highlighting this corner of the arrangement. The furniture is simple, with a fluid, contemporary design.
Both the kitchen and the living room receive a large amount of natural light, amplifying the space.
The bedroom continues the design line established in the living room, with textures and a color palette creating a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Precious, glossy materials predominate here as well, and the chandelier plays a prominent role. The same feminine spirit is found in the decor of the two bathrooms, designed as true sanctuaries of relaxation. Enviable!
