To create the desired functions, it was necessary to compartmentalize the existing space. Thus, the main room was reduced to make room for a small bedroom; the kitchen and living room now form a single unit, the room being brighter and airier.
The apartment is inhabited by a single person, the arrangement being designed to meet the beneficiary's needs. Although creating storage spaces is absolutely necessary in any home, in our case, few pieces of furniture have been integrated. Everything we find in this interior is selected with good taste.
Decorations add a touch of personality, and colors in dark tones imprint a discreet elegance to the space. Dusty pink hues suggest a feminine presence.
The area designated for the kitchen is small and compact, equipped with the bare essentials. White predominates throughout the arrangement, so for the main cabinets, a shade of blue was chosen to break the monotony. Appliances are built-in, except for the refrigerator.
Wanting to highlight the dining space, the designer chose a rug and an industrial-style lighting fixture to mark this function.
In a niche that leads to the hallway, a useful storage space has been incorporated for thicker clothes or footwear for the next season.
The living room represents a rather limited area, with the sofa and coffee table being the representative pieces. The two shelves with decorations remind us of the feminine motif of the arrangement. Instead of the classic television, a projector was chosen, used especially for movie nights with friends.
