No matter how small the apartment you live in, there are layout solutions and creative ideas through which you can shape it to your taste and needs, even if that means giving up one of the conventional functions: kitchen, living room or bedroom.
This project caught our attention for 2 reasons: its reduced dimensions and red accents; the 35 square meter surface designed according to the beneficiary's needs and the red inserted with great taste, enough to transform the layout and give it a chic air.
Thus, the new layout focused on both functionality and aesthetics. The living area includes the kitchen and a small dining space reminiscent of a living room, while the bedroom is a self-contained room. Optimization has improved the way the space is now perceived.
The layout maintains a simple design, approached from the perspective of efficiency for each area. For the kitchen, the L-shaped configuration ensures both cooking space and storage. Appliances will be found incorporated into the furniture, with the exception of the medium-height refrigerator, above which a television has been installed.
And because the reason for the layout is red, here's an idea that adds a plus to the kitchen decor: the tiles next to the stove are painted red. A small, discreet but pleasant dining area has been created by the window, in the context of the small space of the room.
And because we mentioned that this kitchen is a multifunctional space, both for cooking and socializing, a seating area with a sofa and decorations reminiscent of what could have been a conversation area was designed. Interesting is the model chosen - the mattress folds out and can be used when someone stays overnight. The whole concept is tastefully done.
A major advantage of this kitchen-living room is the opening onto the balcony and the amount of natural light that amplifies the entire space.
The simple line is maintained in the bedroom layout as well. Warm cream and beige tones with small red accents outline the space of the room intended for sleep and relaxation. The 2 bedside tables, the pierced design lamps, curtains and drapes describe a layout that can inspire you for your own bedroom.
