The protagonist of today's story is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment located in the northern area of Bucharest, with 105 square meters of usable space and a generous terrace. The construction lasted nine months, from January to September 2022.
Opening GaleriaEchipaMiso Architects, who were responsible for the concept and implementation of this project, tells us that "this apartment is aimed at modern people, attentive to details, with good taste. It is a spacious space, furnished and decorated with passion and refinement.
Being in a top area of Bucharest, expectations were high, even though the apartment was going to be offered for rent.
The chosen style is modern, with glam accents, while also emphasizing comfort; we find soft and pleasant materials and fabrics to the touch. Brass metallic accents and wood inserts add an extra touch of elegance to the entire space.
The interior design features a neutral color palette, with many shades of gray and beige, using intense blue as a pop of color. The designers took into account and successfully integrated the blue sofas and armchairs in the living room, which had already been purchased by the client. The composition was harmoniously completed by cladding with a blue glass panel, backlit.
