For many of us, the classic image of a burger comes from fast-food, where the dishes are not exactly health-friendly. However, the burger has evolved and in recent years it has become a true star in restaurants across Romania. Fortunately, you don't have to go to a street food festival or pay a hefty bill to enjoy a good burger.

You can make your own at home, a tasty and nutritious vegan version that will surprise any friend invited to dinner.
