To begin, you will need the following materials:

round metal lamp with shade and socket;

spiral energy-saving light bulb

aluminum foil; scissors;

a wide roll of Scotch tape;

special baking paper.

The steps you need to take are as follows:

First, insert the bulb into the lamp socket.

Cut a piece of baking paper the size of the metal lampshade, with a surplus of approximately 5 centimeters. The shiny side of the paper must be oriented towards the bulb to prevent overheating and fire.

On the edge of the paper, cut several portions with scissors that will be attached to the lamp.

Stick these sections with tape;

Using a piece of Scotch tape, trace and cut out a round piece of aluminum foil.

Stick this round piece of aluminum foil in the center of the lamp.
