But if you want the router to truly be part of the decor, you could place it in a book cover. The method is very simple. Take an old book whose cover doesn't clash with the rest of your decor, carefully remove the inner pages, and put the router inside, leaving the antenna out so as not to obstruct the signal.

Ideally, the material of the cover should be rigid so that it doesn't sag under the weight of objects you may eventually place on top.
Choosing a cover in a neutral color is preferable so as not to draw attention to it if you decide to position it somewhere visible.
