Although traditionally, the Christmas tree is decorated on Christmas Eve, many of us prefer to decorate it earlier so we can enjoy the magic of the holiday atmosphere, lights and ornaments for longer.
There are only a few days left until Christmas. For those of you who haven't decorated your tree yet, we come today with a series of suggestions and practical tips to make your mission easier.
Regardless of the type of fir tree you choose (natural or artificial), first make a list of the decorations you have and what else you would like to buy. Think about a color scheme for your tree. You can choose red to be the dominant color, so you will use baubles, tinsel and garlands, mistletoe, ribbons, all in the shade of red that you prefer.
There will be a pleasant contrast between the red of the decorations and the green of the fir tree, a beautiful arrangement in a traditional spirit.
You can also choose blue combined with silver or just bright shades, with a metallic effect, silver or gold. To highlight such colors, suitable lighting is yellow. Also, unique objects, those handmade or painted, such as baubles and specific figurines, will bring a touch of originality.
There is no recommended number of decorations, only personal preferences. Whether you like your tree to look full or, on the contrary, airy, the important thing is that you and your family enjoy it and especially the moment of decorating it.

Here are some helpful tips:
Choose a fir tree suitable for the height of the room where it will be placed. If the tree is too tall, you will not be able to put a decorative topper on it.
Light up the bulbs that you are going to place in the tree so that you can see them as you climb them through the tree. Always start at the base of the tree to ensure a uniform distribution to the top.
Keep a pleasant aroma in the room by adding scented decorations, possibly in aromas specific to the season (there are those scented balls used generally for wardrobes).
