Passion fruit is an exotic fruit that grows optimally in greenhouses in our country, but this shouldn't stop you from trying to plant it, as the plant will grow and bear fruit after a longer period.
To shorten the time it takes for the plant to bear fruit, you can try growing it indoors until it reaches a large size. Passion fruit is a very delicious fruit and has many vitamins, being beneficial to our health.
Growing this plant doesn't require much effort from you, except for ensuring a constant temperature of 23-25 degrees Celsius.
To plant passion fruit, you can buy it from any grocery store, then let it dry completely for about 3 weeks or a month. The seeds inside will also be dried and ready for planting.
Use black soil, fertile and able to retain moisture for a long time. The seeds should be inserted at approximately one centimeter into the soil, after which you can break up any remaining peel from the fruit.
These will decompose and provide nutrients for the next plant. In the immediate period following planting, water the soil abundantly to provide a moist environment for good germination.
