The designers who worked on this layout focused on opening up the spaces and creating welcoming and bright atmospheres. The partitions created partially delimit the functions, with the living room and kitchen forming a single unit.
The opening of the living room increases the brightness of the room. Thanks to the finishes and the color scheme with plenty of white and wood essences, the space is amplified. Each area is lit accordingly, from general lighting to ambient or accent lighting intended to highlight parts of the created decor.
For the living room, the layout is minimalist, with an emphasis on textures. The accent wall made of exposed brick contrasts with the wood flooring. The sofa, together with the armchairs and coffee table, create a comfortable space whether you are receiving guests or want to read a book.
The furniture unit that also includes the television plays a double role: decorative on the one hand, but also a partition, delimiting the living room from the kitchen. The dining area also plays the same role, making the transition from the room to the technical space of the kitchen. Choosing a simple table with Eames-style chairs and a suspended light fixture is a pragmatic solution that reminds us of Scandinavian interiors.
In the kitchen, the space is very well optimized, with furniture arranged in the shape of the letter L and built-in appliances for added visual unity in the layout. For the furniture units, wood fronts were used in combination with white ones to enhance brightness and amplify the space.
To ensure continuity, the same type of flooring was used in all the spaces in the home, except for the bathroom.
The bedroom adopts the color scheme from the living area, focusing on minimalism. The finishes are noteworthy, enriching the texture of the room. Storage is built into the wall with the bed, in handleless wardrobes (which open via a push system). White curtains pleasantly filter the light, being a well-chosen solution in this layout as well.
