Storage in the kitchen is often a challenge for most of us. Small kitchens, ubiquitous in Romania, as well as the variety of utensils and appliances found in modern kitchens, determine us to find the most diverse solutions to organize the time spent cooking.
Here are some suggestions to help us organize better in the kitchen:
Use the space between the countertop and the overhead cabinets. A shelf 15-20 cm wide along the entire length of the countertop can keep all the utensils/solutions you use very often within reach;
Install rotating shelves inside corner cabinets. They help you use unfriendly space and give you immediate access to all the things stored there.
Even though it's handy, the place for sponges, dishcloths or cleaning solutions is not necessarily on the sink. Use a shelf that hangs inside a door under the sink to save space and give the kitchen a much tidier look;
Use special baskets and boxes for storage to put similar utensils in the same place;
Use the space under the ceiling. Many kitchens do not use this space which can be extremely useful for storing things we use less often;
Store inside cabinets, on doors. Store small jars of spices, salt shakers, packets and narrow boxes this way;
Store under the sink. Often used for the trash can, this space can be exploited much better by 4 drawers that fit the shape of the sink under the mask;
