The gift-giving season is approaching, so we need to be prepared to beautifully wrap our gifts and create the most beautiful decorations.Casa Publishing House comes to our aid with a multitude of ideas and instructions for creating our own ornaments for the holidays that are just around the corner.

Today we're learning how to make red bows for gift wrapping or for the Christmas tree. Here are the steps:

1. Place the ribbon on your left palm (left-handed people will place it on their right palm) and form a loop on one side, then on the other, as shown in the image above. Pinch the middle of the ribbon with your thumb and index finger. This is the simple bow. To make a double bow, repeat the process described above.

2. For a more sophisticated bow, instead of tying it in the middle after the steps above, secure it with a clip, as you can see in the gallery.

3. Tie one or more small bows from a thin ribbon following the steps above, then attach them to the large bow, tying them as desired with matching ribbons or cords. After securing them well, remove the clip.

Dimensions:

The size of the bows should be in accordance with the size of the gift or ornament, based on which you will choose the width and length of the ribbons. The following dimensions are approximate:

Simple bow:

Ribbon width: 8cm

Ribbon length: 60cm

Double bow:

Ribbon width: 8 cm
