Main Ingredients
Red Capia peppers (approximately 10 pieces)
Hot red pepper (optional, 4 pieces)
Garlic (about 40 cloves)
Fresh herbs: parsley and dill (one bunch each)
Marinade: 400 ml water, 400 ml vinegar, 400 ml oil, 400 g sugar and 3 tablespoons of salt

Essential Preparation Steps
Chopping the vegetables: Peel the garlic and peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and chop them (using a food processor or a coarse blender).
