The 110 sq m apartment is located in the center of Bucharest, on the top floor of a modernist building. The owners requested a renovation and interior design project.
Renovation with quality materials and vintage furniture
Their wish was to preserve and respect the architectural spirit of the apartment and the building by paying attention to elements affecting the facade (windows, cooling equipment), and for the interior design to use high-quality materials and vintage furniture from the Art Deco and Modernism period. To this end, they contacted the Annterior Studio architecture firm.
The interior design project was carried out by interior architects Anna Chițan and Maria Farcaș and presented at the 2023 National Architecture Biennale in the Interior Architecture section. The project started at the end of 2021 and was completed at the beginning of 2023.

The concept of the project: "In our approach, we used the circularity of the flow within the apartment to connect the spaces through aesthetic syllogisms that would coherentize the approach throughout the space.
