With the right accessories and a proper reconfiguration, setting the ambiance of a space becomes easy for anyone, and the value of the respective apartment can increase significantly. To illustrate this, we chose a two-bedroom apartment with an area of 45 square meters, intended for rent. We have attached at the end of the photo gallery images of the apartment before the makeover.
The entire space is now brighter, more coherent through the reorganization of furniture (existing in the apartment), and more attractive through accessories such as lighting fixtures or small decorations meant to beautify the decor.
Part of the makeover involved painting the walls throughout the apartment and necessary repair work. New lighting fixtures were installed, wallpaper in the bedroom, and curtains and drapes were mounted. Each function was highlighted within the arrangement through specific furniture and zoning intended to visually delimit it from the others.
The apartment falls into the category of homes without a hallway. However, the space immediately near the entrance door was discreetly accessorized with a multifunctional unit and a mirror. The lamp mounted in the same perimeter outlines a pleasant ambiance, so that a simple entryway into the house gains some personality.
The living area includes both a small conversation space and a dining area, as well as the kitchen space. All intertwine harmoniously, and the natural light potentiated by the predominant white of the walls makes the space appear larger.
The gray used on the wall with the doors leading to the bathroom and bedroom adds an extra touch of interest to the decor and, contrary to a general opinion, does not close the space, but rather confers a hint of warmth in the context of the wooden floor and neutral tones.
The sofa, a bookcase with various storage spaces, and the table with chairs make up the decor of this area. On the other side of the room, a television and a console were integrated as support. Stylistically speaking, the arrangement maintains a simple line, inspired by Scandinavian interiors.
White, the essence of wood in the flooring, and gray, which we find as a chromatic accent element, ensure a pleasant, bright, and relaxing decor for the space.
