Although it sounds small (measured in square meters), the surface area of this apartment covers the needs for comfortable and inspiring living spaces for a teacher who works from home a significant portion of the time.

In 38 square meters, a generous bathroom with a bathtub was configured, a kitchen combined with the living room where an extendable sofa was placed, a bedroom with an integrated study area, and a dressing room accessible from the hallway.

The purpose of the design was to create a bright interior with a large workspace and a library. Chromatically, the concept was based on the idea of relaxation, using neutral colors, beige tones, and wood patterns to avoid eye strain.

The apartment did not have load-bearing walls in its center, so the designers were able to come up with bold proposals. The first step, and perhaps the most difficult, was to adjust the boundaries of the rooms, the areas.

They decided to increase the kitchen space at the expense of the bathroom (to which they allocated a few square meters from the hallway). Moving the bedroom door to the right allowed for the creation of a generous dressing room in the hallway, hidden behind a mirror-clad door, which visually expands the space.

The bedroom features simple, clean lines and avoids unnecessary clutter. The upholstered bed is the focal point, highlighted by the back wall with a decorative pattern designed by the client himself.

The work area, near the window, offers an enchanting view of the city. The wall-length desk is delimited by two symmetrical pieces of furniture with many storage shelves.
