Today's apartment demonstrates that the use of subtle color accents can work wonders in a predominantly white interior design.
In the following two-bedroom apartment, the small color accents used in decorative objects or textiles contribute to animating the entire decor. We invite you to discover more useful ideas that you can successfully use in your own home.
The layout is designed within a 39 square meter apartment where designers aim for a bright and modern interior, with wooden décor elements that bring an extra touch of warmth and comfort.
The living space includes the kitchen, a small dining area, and a living area dedicated to conversations or relaxation, forming a harmonious whole together. Visually, these areas are delimited by a section of furniture integrated into the kitchen. This can be a very good idea if the layout of your living room is open plan, like the one here.
The color palette is dominated by white and natural wood essences. On this background, subtle color accents have been integrated into decorative objects. White helps them stand out, and the space appears more cheerful thanks to this combination.
Otherwise, the living room is minimally equipped with a sofa, two coffee tables, a TV area, and a piece of furniture built as a continuation of it which includes an open bookcase and a unit with doors. The diversity of lighting fixtures - recessed, pendant, or ceiling-mounted - ensures optimal general artificial lighting, but also accent lighting.
In the bedroom, a workspace with a desk near the window has been set up. Here too, the designer envisioned a generous storage area near the bed. Access to the terrace is covered with curtains, and drapes ensure a comfortable sleep. The bedroom follows the line of minimalist décor, with white being predominant.
