Fanny Moizant, the owner of this property, is co-founder of Vestiaire Collective, a company focused on the luxury fashion market. Her London apartment, spread over three floors, reflects the English style of interior design and her refined personality.

The entire apartment offers an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, built with light, color, and pleasant memories, recreated from cherished objects.

While the apartment has minimalist, modern accents, they don't stem from the owner's experience in interior design but rather from her aesthetic sense, as she herself states: "My education (in interior decoration) was indirect. We never discussed this subject at home, but I saw my mother buying beautiful decorative objects.

As a child, sometimes I loved them, other times I found them very strange! I remember the imposing wooden table from Cassina and the Pipstrello lamp. (…) I remember the simple things that my mother cultivated for me. An amazing sunset, a majestic tree, a beautiful smell, soft material.

I believe that an education in good taste is something very important, but nowadays it is often neglected. It's about highlighting everyday details. This makes our lives more beautiful and colorful.”

As demonstrated by this home, the proper use of the color palette is important in any space where aesthetics are present. Typically, minimalist choices focus primarily on black and white, preferring to avoid anything that exists between these non-colors.

In this apartment, beyond the white walls and a few pieces of furniture in the same shade, the owner has managed to adopt the modern ideal of simplicity, clean lines, and even minimalism, without straying too far from the available color spectrum.

Thus, the home was furnished using a natural palette of white, navy blue, and beige to create modern, distinct spaces based on a chromatic scheme compatible with the style and personality of the family.

The tall windows with white frames that start at floor level provide brightness and, at the same time, add extra height and space to the rooms. Abundant natural light floods the entire apartment from every angle, intensifying the colors and textures of the furniture pieces and the glossy white surfaces.

The wooden floors are certainly noteworthy in this design, playing a role in unifying each room in the apartment. The glass table and white rug, complemented by the navy blue sofa and armchairs in beige and blue tones, are capable of creating simple yet elegant design lines.

Furthermore, the furniture pieces made from natural wood add a unique, natural charm to this urban dwelling, typical of the English style.

When it comes to furniture, works of art, or decorative objects, Fanny prefers: "those that have a story to tell, those that remind me of something or someone. Like the hairdressing table. I have no idea why, but it was in my parents' garage since I was a child. Now it means a lot to me.
